BSA events & Open Days
Super Hero Walk/Jog/Run
Sunday 19th May, in Regents Park, London. We are delighted to announce that the BSA has 10 guaranteed places for this fun event, which is aimed towards all levels of capability. 5k or 10k.
The British 10k London Run
Sunday 14th July. BSA has 6 guaranteed places in this unique run which takes participants on a momentous journey through central London.
Skydive for stammering, and break a world record
Raise money for stammering, while joining this attempt to break a world record for tandem parachute jumps. BSA has 5 places. The skydive is in September, in Nottingham, but deadline to apply is 14th June.
BSA London Open Day
Date for the diary: Saturday, 12th October 2013. We will be adding more information nearer the time.

There isn't a BSA National Conference this year (there is a World Congress coming up in June). But let us know if you are interested in hosting a 2014 National Conference.

Friends Reunited event, London
Rachel Albert is organising a carvery lunch at a top West End hotel, for £15 per person. 23rd June 2013.
Proposed sports session in Broxtowe
Broxtowe Sport is looking to put on a 6 week sport session for 16-25 year old males who have a stammer. Open to people in Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire. They are also interested in input on what sports you would like to see.

Fluency Trust Courses 2013
The Fluency Trust provides residential fluency courses in activity centres. 2013 dates for Blockbuster course (10-12 yrs) and Teens Challenge course (13-17 yrs).

Get Going with Fluency Groups: the Swindon Model
Two day course 16th - 17th May. Swindon.
Research Symposium, Croatia
'Basic Science and Stuttering: Research for clinicians'. 26-29 May.
Targeted at clinicians, this symposium aims to address the impact of basic research on clinical practices with those who stutter.
Palin PCI Training in Scotland
A rare opportunity for a two day training course in Palin Parent Child Interaction Therapy. Perth, 20th and 21st June. Presented by Scottish SIG in Fluency Disorders. With Jane Fry from the Michael Palin Centre.
