New Equalitytalk website

A new website is now available on how the Equality Act 2010 applies to adult communication impairments, including stammering.

BSA's webmaster Allan has been preparing the new website, which is funded by the Communications Forum. It is at www.equalitytalk.org.uk.

In the consultation period over March, there was some very complimentary feedback - for example: "Thank you so much for creating this site - it's wonderful to have all this information laid out clearly and concisely."

Allan says: "I'd hope that not only will people find the information useful, but also that the website will help raise awareness of people's rights in this area, and of the need to consider accessibility for people with communication disabilities."
