Dominic Edward has successfully completed his 2003 Trans-Icelandic Challenge in aid of BSA.

The challenge was to complete a journey of over 216 miles and 4000m of ascent from the North Coast to the South Coast of Iceland in the shortest time possible, on foot, solo and unsupported - all to raise money for the British Stammering Association.

Dominic completed the challenge in just 9 days, between the 10th and 18th of August 2003.

For more on the trek see Dominic's website at www.stammer.demon.co.uk/iceland, which includes his diary and pictures.

Dominic is still happy to accept sponsorship. If you would like to contribute you can email him on dom_edward@hotmail.com
