Whitby to Edinburgh sponsored bike ride

Ian Higginson is cycling from Whitby to Edinburgh in September. He's doing this in aid of BSA, in memory of Gavin Harry who died in May. You can sponsor him at www.justgiving.com/ians-cycle-to-edinburgh.

Link to Ian's fundraising page on JustgivingIan writes:

"Every year I cycle a bit further around the coast of Britain. Last year I thought it was about time I did it for a good cause and ended up raising lots of cash for a great charity...

"This year I'm off again from Whitby to Edinburgh (12th-15th September) and this time it's in memory of a very dear friend and colleague - Gavin Harry, who tragically died in May. Gav, a total legend, made my world a richer, funnier and brighter place to be. He had this effect on everyone he knew and we all miss him terribly

"Gav had a little bit of a stammer that no one really noticed (unless he was a bit hungover!) so his amazing parents and girlfriend suggested that rather than buying flowers, donations could go to the British Stammering Association (BSA)."
