It's just the beginning
By George Campbell
I'm sure that many of us have undergone the 'post conference blues'. You've just had a special, life-changing experience, yet it's a full year to the next conference. So, what do you do in the meantime?
One suggestion is this: 'Work out the things you loved about the conference, and do those things everyday.'
Were there times at Stirling when (like me) you thought 'Wow, was that really me?' or 'Did I really just do/say that?'
I loved that feeling. I want it a whole lot more. That's why I'm going to challenge myself to do more, learn more and say more than at any other time in my life.
I did the same after Leeds last year, and experienced some big gains. Remember, each day and every day has the potential to be the best of your life.
Set yourself as many challenges as you can before next year's conference and use Stirling as the launch pad. Work out what you want, and go for it!
