Notes: New group proposed. Venue: Wanstead, initially, and to see how numbers attending will work out. I have an arrangement with the George Public House.

Initially I would welcome contact details either emails or telephone calls from the potential group members stating if Wanstead will be convenient. I am flexible with regards to the venue, and this could be moved depending on where people travel from.

The aims of the Support Group:
-stammer will no longer control one's life,
-instill confidence, belief that stammer will improve,
-learn to love your stammer, don't have a inner war/conflict
-forgive yourself when you stammer,
-provide support for young adults with career choices, social activities,
-changing negative thoughts patterns, you will succeed,
-focus on the topics which the group feels they require help,
-discuss problematic situations/overcoming them.
