Tell us what you think about the BSA website!

The BSA are embarking on a project to bring the website into the 21st century. Fundraising for the project will be helped if it can be demonstrated that consultation with the membership has taken place. So please have your say by answering this questionnaire.

Please fill in the questionnaire below and click the 'submit' button. Alternatively, if you prefer you can download this questionnaire (Word doc), fill it in and email it to the address shown.

Closing date for returns is 31st November 2010.

1. Do you visit the website
mainly for a specific purpose?
mainly to browse?
a combination of the above?
hardly ever/never visit the website?

2.If visiting for a specific purpose have you always been able to find what you were looking for without too much trouble? If the answer is no please tell us the sort of information you have had problems finding.

3.What do you particularly like about the BSA website?

4.What, if anything, do you particularly dislike about the BSA website?

5.What would you like to see on the website which is not already there?

6.If there are other websites which you particularly like visiting, please tell us about them - their address, reasons for visiting and what is good about the site.

7.One idea being considered is to allow the visitor to interact with the website, for example by commenting on the content of articles or by posting feedback about personal experiences of living with a stammer. Do you find this idea appealing and if so, would you be likely to use the facility? If you don't like the idea, please say why.

8.Finally please let us have any ideas you may have for ways in which the website could be improved, or indeed anything else you would like to say on the topic.
