This is a group for all people who stammer, not just people at UCL. Our group is an open space for anyone in London or anyone who wants to pop in and visit us, to talk about stammering in general and their own stammer. We share positive and less positive experiences, play speaking games and generally talk. It is an open environment, you can talk or not!
Anybody who stammers is free to attend. However, if you are a family member or friend of a person who stammers or you are a speech and language therapist or a researcher and would like to attend, please contact Naheem to discuss this further.
Meetings have been taking place regularly since December 2014. Meetings are on the first available Wednesday of every month, at the regular time of 6.30 – 8.30pm, but check the Eventbrite page. Details of the schedule and where we meet are at www.ucl.ac.uk/speech-research-group/ucl-stammering-self-help-group
