The BSA Board of Trustees is delighted to announce that our Annual General Meeting will take place on Saturday, October 13th 2018, 2pm to 4pm at The Wesley Hotel and Conference Venue, 81-103 Euston Street, London NW1 2EZ. The nearest tube station is Euston, approximately 5 minutes walk from the venue.
We will be looking at the proposal of a new name – 'Stamma' - as well as:
- the accounts, balance sheets and the reports of the Trustees and auditors
- the election of elected trustees
- the appointment and fixing of remuneration of the auditors.
The new name will require a change in our Articles of Association.
If members wish to bring up any other business, please let us know at least a week in advance, so that we can schedule time for it.
